Tourism Windsor Essex Pelee Island’s 8th Annual Best of Windsor Essex Awards

The Best of Windsor-Essex Awards is a prestigious event that recognizes the best businesses in the region. It’s an excellent opportunity for businesses to showcase their hard work, dedication, and commitment to the local community.

This year, Raw Watersports is nominated in two categories and would like to ask for your vote in “Best On the Water Activity” as well as “Best Tour Experience.”

RAW Watersports, pioneered personal watercraft rentals in Windsor/ Essex County in 1994 on the Belle River West Beach.

Our business Run-A-Wave Watersports, started with just one Yamaha Waverunner jet ski and grew into a thriving boat sales business that required our attention and thus we shelved RAW Watersports.

Today, back with a passion to make people smile we have a reimagined business model and all new watercraft that include; pontoon boats, personal watercraft and fishing boats.

We are excited to provide access to the water. Rent our Sea Doo jetski’s, Pontoon Boats or Fishing Boats on Lake St. Clair from Lakeshore or let us load them on a trailer for you to tow to your favourite Lake.

In 2022 RAW Watersports introduced many new boaters to the sport and you thanked us with perfect, 5-star reviews. Our goal is to provide the best possible experience for our customers, and we believe that our commitment to good, old-fashioned customer satisfaction, and community involvement sets us apart from others.

One of the things that sets us apart is our passion for what we do. Our team is made up of energetic young men and women (and a couple older folks) who really get boating and are super knowledgeable about the lake and how to ensure our guests are safe and have an EPIC day on the water. We are constantly seeking new ways to improve, and we invest in new boats, equipment, and training to ensure that we are providing the highest quality boating and jet ski experiences.

Another key aspect of our business is our customer service. It’s not rocket science. We understand that the key to success is happy customers, and we work tirelessly to ensure that everyone who walks through onto our docks feels valued and appreciated.
